Guidelines - 

Road Show  are hosted by The Modern Luxury to introduce our member hotels to key buyers following the event, a complete client list of names and contact details is provided to our participating hotel partners. This allows our member hotels to network with clients after having the chance to engage them in person. 

During the Road Show , your attendance will not be required – If you wish to join our local market specialists, please refer to our Trade Fair  program.

The duration of the Client Event varies between 5 days and 10 days. For more information, please refer to the different market Road Show lengths. Our market specialist will represent your company, promote, and sell your product and services; s/he will arrange and attend meeting with the chosen trade, in and out of their offices, train their staff and network in each city.

You will receive our full diary of meetings one week prior to the initiation of the activity; any request to visit preferred partners shall reach us not later than 3 weeks prior to the initiation date. To avoid any disappointment, we recommend confirming your attendance as earliest as possible and not later than a month prior to the start of the event.

To ensure we maintain a high level of organisation and success, TML can confirm your participation upon receipt of payment (max 8 participants, 2  minimum). We allocate 1 TML representative every 4 clients.

• We will refund your payment if the min of participants is reached.

INCLUDED :  in the fee is the cost for visiting travel trade, the cost for meeting sites/rooms, our representative’s travel cost, air, and hotel arrangement.

NOT INCLUDED : is the fee for the shipment of material and the bank fee for payment in USD and Euro.
