Travel Week Guideline

Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Gothenburg or Malmö

Travel Weeks are client events in which TML is sponsor and representative of in the local market. The event is hosted by our Sales Manager or Directors to introduce our partner hotels to key buyers.

Travel weeks are scheduled sales calls to key clients in primary and secondary markets. Participation is confirmed based on client criteria. Local Sales Managers and Directors work closely with the client to confirm the most appropriate 

appointments for the targeted luxury trade. Participation in Travel Weeks allows members to increase their presence and enhance exposure in the market desired.

• The duration of the trade is 5 days.
• During Travel Weeks, the client's attendance is NOT required.
• Our market specialist will represent your company, promote and sell your products and services; s/he will arrange and attend meetings on your behalf, with agents, in and out of their offices, and networking events in each city.
• You will receive our full diary of meetings two weeks prior to departure.
• To ensure TML’ s maintains its high level of organization and success, we will only be able to confirm your participation upon receipt of your payment.
• One week after the end of the travel trade you will receive a full report of the meetings, contact details of the person/s we met, brief of the meeting and recommendations.
• Event Participants: 8 participants maximum, 3 minimum. We allocate 1 TML representative every 4 clients.
• We will issue and sent your invoice once the payment is received.
• Payments shall be made in Pound Sterling; for payments in USD & Euro, a fee of 3.5% is applied.
• Fee is non-refundable.
• We will refund your payment if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

To avoid any disappointment, we recommend confirming your attendance as earliest as possible and not later than a month prior to the start of the event. 

Minimum 3  participants needed.

We have the right to cancel the event if the minimum amount needed isn't reached.

• INCLUDED: the cost for visiting travel trade, the cost for meeting sites/rooms, our representative’s travel cost, air, and hotel arrangement.
• NOT INCLUDED: Shipment of material; Required Client's entertainments; Dedicated Gathering/Event such as Breakfast or Lunch meetings.
