TRAVEL WEEK in one of one of the additional sales activities that The Modern Luxury offers to it long terms and new clients (luxury hotels). The “travel week” consists in a series of one2one sales calls scheduled with the luxury travel trade operating in Saudi Arabia and Emirates.

Participation is confirmed based on your criteria. Local and expert TML sales managers and directors work on your behalf to confirm the right and most appropriate appointments for the targeted hotel’s clientele.

Travel Week GUIDELINE

• During the TRAVEL WEEK, your attendance will not be required – If you wish to join our local market specialists, please refer to our SALES MISSION program.
• The duration of the TRAVEL WEEK varies between 5 days and 10 days. For more information, please refer to the different market TRAVEL WEEKS lengths.
• Our market specialist will represent your company, promote, and sell your product and services; s/he will arrange and attend meeting with the chosen trade, in and out of their offices, train their staff and network in each city.
• You will receive our full diary of meetings one week prior to the initiation of the activity; any request to visit preferred partners shall reach us not later than 3 weeks prior to the initiation date.
• To avoid any disappointment, we recommend confirming your attendance as earliest as possible and not later than a month prior to the start of the event.
• To ensure we maintain a high level of organization and success, TML can confirm your participation upon receipt of payment (max 8 participants, 3 minimum). We allocate 1 TML representative every 4 clients.
• We will refund your payment if the min of participants is reached.

INCLUDED in the fee is the cost for visiting travel trade, the cost for meeting sites/rooms, our representative’s travel cost, air, and hotel arrangement.

NOT INCLUDED is the fee for the shipment of material and the bank fee for payment in USD and Euro.
