Road Show Guideline

Road Show are hosted by The Modern Luxury to introduce our member hotels to key buyers. A complete client list of names and contact details is provided to our participating hotel partners. This allows our member hotels to network with clients after having the chance to engage them in person.

Road Shows are scheduled joint sales calls to key clients in primary and secondary markets. Participation is confirmed based in client criteria. Local Sales Managers and Directors work closely with the client to confirm the most appropriate appointments for the targeted luxury trade.

The format of roadshow may vary from tabletop trade show or table presentations to meetings with agents,

in and out of their offices, and networking events in each city;
