Virtuoso Travel Week is the ultimate annual global travel community event. The hybrid experience is back.Â
That means one event with your choice of two experiences – an in-person & virtual experience.
Trade shows are industry events in which The Modern Luxury is a sponsor or has a corporate booth, and hotels may register to participate under the TML banner. Participation in tradeshows allows members to increase their marketing presence and enhance exposure with other industry stakeholders through the strength of our global brand. Following the event, client information collected on site is sent to each hotelier for follow-up.
To ensure TML’s maintains its high level of organization and success, we will only be able to confirm your participation upon receipt of payment.
- During  our travel trade missions, we generally represent and attend meetings with the trade on your behalf.
- The duration of the trade is 2 days.Â
- You will receive our full diary of meetings two weeks prior to departure.
- To ensure TML’s maintains its high level of organization and success, we will only be able to confirm your participation upon receipt of your payment.
- One week after the end of the travel trade you will receive a full report of the meetings, contact details of the person/s we met, brief of the meeting and recommendations.
- Event Participants: 8 participants maximum, 2 minimum. We allocate 1 TML representative every 4 clients.
- We will issue and sent your invoice once the payment is received.
- Payments shall be made in Pound Sterling; for payments in USD & Euro, a fee of 3.5% is applied.
- Fee is non-refundable.
- We will refund your payment if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
To avoid any disappointment, we recommend confirming your attendance as earliest as possible and not later than a month prior to the start of the event.
Minimum 2 Â participants needed.
We have the right to cancel the event if the minimum amount needed isn't reached.

- NOT INCLUDED: Hotel and air accommodations; Ground transportation to and from airports and meetings; Shipment of material; Meals, incidentals, and gratuities.
