A passionate hotelier, Kareem has been working in prestigious international hospitality brands since 2006.

His career started with the Intercontinental Hotel in Egypt and kept growing with IHG Group, Rotana Group, and finally with Millennium Group in the MEA region.

He recently left his position at Millennium Group as Director of Business Development, for the MEA region to become the Managing Partner at LE RÊVE Consulting. His passion, leadership and extensive knowledge in hospitality in the MENA region will be a great addition to  successful team.
